We thank you for supporting the games you love and allowing Pixel Game Card to be that bridge for you!
We can only offer a refund to a customer should a card be expired or unused.
If a card has been redeemed it's indicating the service was complete and we are unable to offer any refund or exchanges.
Should a card be redeemed without your consent please contact our Support Team ("https://www.pixelgamecard.com/support").
We do not offer any partial refunds.
We offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Expired Card
- Unused Card
We do not offer any services towards exchanging a card. However, should a card be expired and you wish to use the card please contact our Support Team.
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift Cards
Once the refund has been processed the card will be cancelled by us. You will no longer be able to redeem the card. Should you redeem the card anyways we will seek to claim the money back.
